We are lucky in that we have a sister property maintenance company called Bradwell Maintenance. They work with us in the same office in Manchester, so it’s easy for us to coordinate any maintenance work you might need.

If a structural issue is brought on the Home Buyer Report we will discuss this with you and decide if you which to proceed. If you want to progress we will appoint a structural engineer on your behalf to visit the property and report on the issue and works required.

We aim to get a quote for repairs within one working week. Typically access to the property is needed by the contractor and sometimes that can take 1-2 days to arrange with the estate agent and seller.
