At Property Fit, we’ve been sourcing properties for over 17 years; during this time, we’ve sourced properties worth over £35 million for our clients. But now, we’re entering a new phase of our business and things are changing; with a business expansion, a new website, and a massive hiring mission, we’ve got a lot going on.

So, what do Property Fit do? We source properties for people looking to invest in property in the UK. We work with many different clients – some from the UK, and others in places like Hong Kong and Singapore, so it’s important that we take the time to assess our clients’ needs with every specific case. We focus on safe investments in reliable areas, and our expertise and local knowledge make us able to find the best locations for what our clients want. We operate in Greater Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Coventry, Nottingham, St. Helens, and East Lancashire, so we’re familiar with many different areas in the UK.

Now that we’ve partnered up with our two sister companies – Bradwell Maintenance and Blue Wing Lettings – we can meet our clients’ needs for every step of the process. From finding a property to giving it the necessary repairs or refurbishments, and finding tenants once the house is ready, we’ll never have to deal with any outside organisations and can guarantee our clients will get the attention they deserve.

We’re also expanding, looking to add to our already incredible team to strengthen our ability to handle the many cases our work has brought in. We’re working with the Kickstart Scheme to find talented young people and give them the opportunity to develop new career skills and work alongside our experienced team members. It’s our goal to train these people while they’re with us and then offer them a permanent place on our team once their Kickstart contract ends. We know the importance of smart investments, and that extends to investing in people.

As we expand, we’ll be able to offer new services to our clients, beginning with our portfolio-building service. This is where we work with landlords looking to expand their investments and create a portfolio of numerous properties. Beginning with a consultation period where we learn exactly what our client hopes to accomplish, we then source properties in the best areas for our clients and bring them into the portfolio. Another benefit of our partnership with Blue Wings Lettings is that our clients will have access to a new online landlord portal, which allows clients to check their portfolio wherever they are for live data regarding their properties, such as when certificates (such as Gas Safety Certificates and Energy Performance Certificates) were last updated, the property’s online listing, and any previous rent statements. Some letting agencies simply offer physical invoices, and that’s why Blue Wing Lettings soars above the competition.
