Whether you’re interested in a standard buy-to-let, converting a property into an HMO, or establishing a housing association lease, our services are priced transparently. A one-time, refundable commitment fee applies to new clients upon agreeing to a brief. Maintenance and lettings fees are charged separately, and all prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
