Fraser MacDondald BA (Hons.) DipM CIM
Managing Director
Entrepreneur, Professional Marketer & Property Investor
Fraser graduated from Lancashire
University with Honours in Marketing and Business Management
to take up employment with retail giant Tesco. As an exceptional
high achiever, Fraser spectacularly fast tracked to top line
management covering exciting and demanding positions such
as Corporate Marketing Manager, Head of UK Internal Communications
and Senior Buyer. In 1996, Fraser commenced his property portfolio
and over the years became highly experience in property sourcing,
management, and refurbishment. In 2004, Fraser founded Property
Fit as a solution to continue his own portfolio and help other
investors to grow theirs. Since then the success of Property
Fit has been phenomenal. With a ‘can do’ and ‘hands
on’ approach, Fraser continues to source exceptional
off-market property opportunities.

Stephen Bowden FNAEA
Director
Property Professional, Business Manager & Property Investor
With over 24 years working in the UK property
management and investment markets as well as developing his
own portfolio, Stephen is a highly effective property professional
with experience in most residential faculties. Stephen has
proven skills in business management, development, investment
and property management, holding notable former positions
as Associate Partner in a firm of Chartered Surveyors, General
Manager for a UK residential investment company, Director
for a residential and commercial development company and Director
of a group of six private property based companies. Since
joining forces with Fraser and Property Fit, Stephen spends
much of his time providing expert client-side property investment
and management advice, sourcing and assessing potential opportunities
and providing various strategic and consultancy functions.

Associates
Mark Haworth
Accounts & Administration
After graduating from UMIST in 1995 with a business degree,
Mark started employment within the textiles industry in Rossendale
as a graduate trainee accountant. Mark gained valuable experience
and knowledge of all aspects of finance and office management
which led to becoming Finance Manager of a highly successful
formal hire wear concern. Here Mark managed the accounts department
for several years before setting up his own business in 2005.
His company now provides office and financial support to a
wide range of successful businesses throughout the North West.

David Terrisson BA. MBA.
DipCCTM.
Residential North West & International and Property Investor
David is a French national who
speaks fluent English and German, a full time UK and overseas
Landlord and a highly acclaimed international property-sourcing
expert, working exclusively with worldwide cash flow positive
and below market value property opportunities. After graduating
with a degree in Economics and European Banking at Middlesex
University, David returned to Bordeaux to complete his MBA
in Supply Chain Management. Before moving permanently to England
in 2003 to join Bentley Motors as their supply chain planner,
David has enjoyed a truly international career working in
senior positions in Europe and the USA for the IT and automotive
industries, including blue chip companies such as the Damiler
Chrysler Corporation. By 2007, David became a full time property
professional specialising in UK property refurbishment and
International investment.

Caroline Topham
Property Fit Furnishings
An experienced project manager, Caroline has many years' experience
of coordinating and managing complex projects. She works tirelessly
to source the best value furnishings to suit individual clients'
specific tastes, budgets and requirements. With a corporate
background in marketing and advertising, Caroline is accustomed
to working under pressure and delivering to deadline.
