Although Property Fit has the skills to
provide a professional letting and property management service
to all of our clients, unless we were to set up a large-scale
operation, Property Fit would clearly not be acting in our
clients best interests. But, we can manage your agents and
provide you with continuing advice and support.

Property Fit-Executive Lettings has a
pro-active approach, each month reporting to you on the performance
of your properties and your agents.
We tell it like it is! If there is something
wrong, we suggest solutions. We will replace agents for you
and help to resolve problems.

Fees
Property Fit Executive Letting
service is a cost effective for you, ensuring you are working
with the very best agents ‘in town’ and you are
maximising the performance and income of your property portfolio.
Our Cost: Only 4% plus VAT* on
rent collected (no charge when void)
Most Agents will charge between
10% - 16% to provide a complete lettings and management service
however, our long term and close business relationships with
agents usually means that our costs are often absorbed within
the total fee budget.
Fees are payable monthly directly
by the agent, by deduction from rent received, unless other
terms are agreed by separate negotiation.
Remember work only with the very
best performing, professional agents – don’t get
ripped off!
