  2. 24 Hour Internet Marketing – Check out the agent’s website. Essential external portals include rightmove.co.uk and findaproperty.com
  3. Positional Mapping – Locates exactly where your property is with ‘fool proof’ directions
    To Let Board – Put up as soon notice of void is given
  4. Press Coverage - local newspaper and magazine advertising
  5. Localised ‘Direct’ Marketing – photographic ‘post card’ style advertisements will be strategically placed in local shops, village centres and other prominent locations
  6. Property Viewings – Are there sufficient representatives to meet demand
  7. Floor Plans – easy to produce, excellent help to prospective tenants
  8. Virtual Tour Films – where property is furnished and ‘dressed’ virtual tour films should be made on websites
  9. SMS Text – Essential to quickly despatched information to potential tenants
