Property Fit was established in 2003 by Fraser Macdonald originally, to manage and source terraced houses in North-West England for investors based in London, who understood the benefits of cash flow, high yield return and capital value stability often found in this sector at the time.

The company has since grown into a ‘bespoke boutique practice’ providing a greater choice of services through an extremely experienced and highly effective professional team of Directors and Associates.
